The crew behind Play2Win Games.

Two owners, a handful of managers, and a whole staff of regulars who keep the shop running. These are the people you’ll see across the counter, at the repair bench, and behind the tournament tables.

Who started Play2Win.

Mark Spears

Co-Owner

Mark began playing Yu-Gi-Oh! competitively in Knoxville in 2009 and remained active in the tournament scene for several years. In 2015, he transitioned into buying, selling, and trading collectible card games, quickly building a reputation as one of the most trusted Yu-Gi-Oh! resellers in the hobby. Through years of successful transactions with collectors, vendors, stores, and players around the world, Mark established a network and reputation that helped lay the foundation for Play2Win Games.

Josiah Miller

Co-Owner

Grew up in the Atlanta competitive TCG scene and has been going to game stores for 20+ years. Started backpack vending for Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokémon in 2009, expanding into other games and video games, eventually evolving into Play2Win Games — a full online TCG store — in 2014. Building it up with the plan to eventually team up with Mark to bring a Play2Win Games physical location to Knoxville.

Nick Hardy

Store Manager

Hi, my name’s Nick Hardy and I’m the Store Manager. I dabble in a little bit of everything, so there’s no telling where you’ll see me. In my free time I enjoy getting out to disc golf, as well as playing TCGs and video games.

Michael Haglund

Front-End Manager

Avid gamer, enjoys the cute cards, man of mystery. Enjoys interacting with the customers that come through the door. Tall. Bearded. Handsome.

Travis Welch

TCG Manager

Travis, our TCG Manager, has 15+ years in the TCG world — judging MTG and Pokémon events across the area and mentoring players and judges, with integrity and the spirit of the game always in mind. Off the clock, he’s playing Magic and Pokémon.

Justin Campbell

Events Manager

Hi, I’m Justin Campbell. I’m from Jacksboro, TN, and I have two kids. I play the Pokémon TCG and judge it as well. I’m the Events Manager — if you want to schedule any events or play in any events, I’m the guy to talk to.

Keith Stevens

Video Game & Repair Manager

I’m old enough to remember most of gaming history firsthand — and I’ve got the years of repair experience to match. I take pride in bringing old hardware back to life.
