Three steps, same day.
Bring It In
Walk in any time during store hours — no appointment needed. For big collections, give us a heads up and we’ll clear the counter.
Bring a photo ID. For any console or handheld with a serial number, we’re required to scan a valid government-issued ID before we can take it in.
We Evaluate
Our team checks condition, completeness, and current market value. Most evaluations wrap up the same visit.
Cash or Credit
Take cash on the spot, take store credit (worth more — up to 50% on video games, 20% on consoles, 10% on TCG; bulk is flat), or apply it directly to a trade. Whatever works for you.
Expecting a big payout? If your sell or trade is likely worth more than $1,000, have a digital payment method ready (Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo) — we may not keep that much cash in the drawer.

Get the best offer
A few small things move the needle.
- Bring everything. Original box, manual, inserts, all cables and controllers — complete items always offer more.
- Test before you bring. If you know it works, say so. We’ll still test, but it speeds things up.
- Clean is better. A wipe-down on consoles and a quick look through card binders helps us move faster.
- Sleeve your singles. Cards in penny sleeves or a binder get valued more efficiently than loose stacks.
- Don’t toss the “junk.” Bring the broken stuff, the loose discs, the obscure accessories. You’d be surprised what we’ll buy.
