Keith Stevens

Video Game Manager & Repairs Manager

I’m old enough to remember most of gaming history firsthand — and I’ve got the years of repair experience to match. I take pride in bringing old hardware back to life.

Corey Clark

Junior Repair Tech

Got into repairs after diving deep into Game Boy Color upgrades — and from there Keith taught me how to tear into pretty much everything else. I’m the handheld and software guy around here, while Keith is the master of all things soldering and retro hardware. I’m married with two kids, and outside the shop I enjoy reading, playing video games, and spending time with my family.

How a repair works

Three steps, no surprises.

01

Drop It Off

Bring it in and pay a $30 non-refundable diagnosis fee. That gets it onto the bench and in queue.

02

We Diagnose

Our techs figure out exactly what’s wrong and source parts if needed. Usually within 2 weeks, often faster.

03

You Decide

We call with the full quote — your $30 already counts toward it. Green-light and we finish the job; pass and you walk away knowing what was wrong.

More questions about repairs — warranty, timelines, shipping — answered in the FAQ.

Ballpark pricing

Common repair prices.

Parts and labor prices fluctuate — the numbers below are starting points, not firm quotes. How we price: labor runs $60 per hour, parts are billed at our cost plus 20%. Final cost depends on actual bench time, current parts price, and where parts ship from.

Pest contamination policy: for the health and safety of our workspace, devices that come in contaminated with pests (cockroaches, bedbugs, etc.) require extra cleaning and containment to handle safely. We’ll still complete your repair, but per the repair agreement signed at drop-off a $100 contamination fee is added on top of the repair cost. Your console won’t be returned until the balance is paid in full.

Controller Sticks

Standard rate covers most controllers — PlayStation, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Xbox Elite 2, and standard Switch joycons. Switch Lite is priced higher because the entire console has to be disassembled to reach the joysticks.
